Frankie is a very friendly and helpful host, he not only kept the room very clean, but also gave us a lot of help, such as driving us to the supermarket and so on. I enjoyed my one week stay here, the house has modern facilities and a large kitchen, all the necessities you need, as well as a great view and good privacy. You can also make a lot of friends by living here. All in all, I highly recommend friends who are traveling to Auckland for the first time to stay here, you will not regret it!

The host is nice and very patient whenever you need a helping hand. The house is clean and neat as the rooms are warm and cozy. Heating is well facilitated to give us a warm winter. Generally, it's a worthy experience living here.

Was a lovely place to stay. We arranged our stay at the last minute and The host was very friendly and helpful. The room and home was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Huge house sitting on top of hill, great views over bush, Very quiet.Room are very clean and tidy. Very lucky to stay in such a loverly place - not normally within our budget. Frankie is very kind and friendly. It is good experience to live there!!!

A delightful stay here. If you’re searching for a quiet place to stay then it’s a nice choice. Not far from the Albany center, here you’ll get fresh air and beautiful views. Spacious and clean rooms, with fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms. It’s worth mentioning that the host is very friendly and helpful, he is always willing to help.

Beautiful place, absolutely amazing! Host was so nice too, helped out a lot when I first arrived in AKL, they made this place feel like a home. Definitely worth it. Hopefully we will meet again!

I stay here for about 10days .The house, with beautiful modern look, is big , neat and cozy.The host Frankie is quite nice and friendly. He helps me in many things, like picking me up in the airport, driving me to the bank to open an account, and many other things.I felt at home here, because I received a warm welcome and we talked like friends everyday. Frankie is so generous, making me feel at ease.In short, it is good to live here. Hope to see Frankie again.

We loved staying here, excellent value for money! The bath was huge! We stayed in the luxury suite and was so spacious and looked newly renovated would definitely stay here again!
