Tables were dirty, bins were full, bathrooms were gross, didn’t get napkins with meal and there were no dispensers. Nothing specific with this branch, but the coleslaw is so bad and overpriced these days.

Chips way over seasoned.. Tables a mess and chicken was Luke warm.. Drink is basically soda water Disappointed. Have not been to KFC for over a year and this was my experience. I will not be back

I am a fan of KFC.I bought 3 sets of wicked wings combo yesterday afternoon at around 4:30pm.French fries were freshly deep fried but sadly the freshness and quality of the fries were not there: They tasted out of date like they'd been sitting in the freezer for umpteen years.Batter to the wings were not thoroughly cooked, having a bit raw flour taste.Btw, the store wasn't busy at all and I would say it was pretty quiet.Great DISAPPOINTMENT is all I could say.

Only go here if you dont want Kentucky fried chicken. been three times at differant hours of the day and they have either run out of chicken or run out of chicken and lettuce. they gave me a twister with just mayo in it for full price. Don't bother, go to another KFC or Taco bell

Useless place. Hardly anyone in store at 11h20. Tried ordering on the electronic gadgets as nobody at counter. Had issues with machine so canceled order and went to stand at counter. Stood like a fool for heaven knows how long before taking my business elsewhere. Hospo mustn't complain when times are tough when their service levels are so third world.

Not being a Ken but some constructive feedback.* A poster out side saying no dining but the dine in is open. Misleading customers. Was about to turn back when another person walked out and said it was open* ordered a 12pcs wicked wings bucket and 2 large chips. They were so stale , hard and dry. Not fresh at all. Had to ask for a new set of chips. We were given a new fresh chip later.* The new chips we got was overloaded with salt. Didn’t want to return them as it will either go into wastage or fried again for another customer so dusted off the excessive salt and had them.* The wicked wings was a little dry but not an issue was happy with them.Saving the cost by reusing things is not the ideal way. I would consider this as worst KFC chips I had from all the other branches. First and last time at this branch. Service was good. Only the food was not good.

Am i in New Zealand? This KFC is filthy. Tables were not wiped down. The floor was slippery as in greasy as i nearly slipped over. The chicken in my slider ( Taco) was cold.Probably half cooked.I should call public health. They would give this outlet a D" rating."
