Just went into the store to have a look at the bikinis but all i got was dirty stares from the staff who weren’t even wearing mask. Be better cotton on body!

Cotton On Body Lower Hutt
Felt very unwelcome as staff were chatting at the counter and didn’t acknowledge anyone. I asked for an item in another size and she didn’t bother to look for it and said we don’t have the item just because she wanted to get back to talking to her colleague. Horrible experience.

Very bad experience.. we never and never will go to cottonon kids.. iam a indian.. one lady talked seriously and moody.. she is not suitble for this job.. very bad bad lady.. she is talking normally with kiwis.. she is not suitable for this type of job.. ITS NOT CORRECT..

I had the best experience last Thursday night at cotton on in queensgate mall. The lady was so kind and extremely helpful with finding the products I needed. She knew a lot about the products and she was so friendly. We had the best conversation. Very good experience.

Not even one star for this store! Don't recomnend shopping at Cotton On Queensgate for your teen or friends birthday! Tried to swap gift and told very rudely that I need proof of purchase! Did I just steal it ? Had tags so not worn at all! Hence am left with small clothing that my daughter can't wear. I understand policies but not rudeness from dome one 1/3 of my age !
