Christchurch Apartments

I moved down from Auckland last year June and moved in to 5/324 Oxford Terrace beginning of July. Both Amber and Chris were and still is fantastic. They treated me with such professionalism and kindness and my apartment was so clean and well presented. I am leaving with a sad heart though. WE are moving to a property which is not furnished, therefore the reason why we are moving on. Thanks again Amber and Chris, you were amazing.

Rented from them for 9months. They were so lovely, fixed all the problems in a timely manner. They also made it super easy for me as I was moving to Christchurch from Australia. Would 100% rent from them again. Thank you Amber and team!

Recently used this agency to rent a room on Gloucester Street. Completely blown away by them and the facility they have. The staff are magnificent, and Beorn is fabulous. The facility they have is magnificent, it's so clean, exceptionally well looked after and has more than enough to keep you very happy to stay there. It has all you need. The place is spotless, very convenient and easy assess for transport and the city, it's so close. The residents are all so friendly when you ever do meet them. It's so peaceful and quiet. It's a magnificent place to live. I would certainly highly recommend that you use them for your requirements, you will not be disappointed. They know how to look after your requirements and make everything so easy and straightforward. They really are a fabulous agency to deal with. Please use them for any requirements you may have. They will look after you exceptionally well.

Spent an amazing year living at their Cashel street apartments. Not only was the flat in a prime location and incredible condition, but Nishita and her team were friendly and reactive to any issues we came across. I highly recommend Christchurch Apartments if you're looking to settle into Christchurch or want some shorter term options. This was the best flat experience I've ever had and would happily come back if I'm in town again.Highly recommended!

Just finished our tenancy with Christchurch Apartments and it was hands down the best renting experience we've ever had! Nishita and Amber have been absolute dreams with deal with. Great communication and all round lovely people. We will miss our sunny and tidy wee home so much but happy that others can make wonderful memories in it just like we did!Thanks again team.

We had a pleasant stay at 139 Salisbury Street, Christchurch Appartments. The house has very good ventilation, plenty of sunlight coming inside, good size rooms and peaceful surroundings. The Property manager, Nishita has always communicated well and find time to talk to tenants if anything necessary. Regards

Christchurch Apartments have been great to rent with, not only do they respond to any reasonable requests in a prompt manner but they also get anything done almost immediately. All of the staff have been nothing but friendly and kind. I would definitely rent again through them and recommend highly.

We had a wonderful stay at our rental on Salisbury Street over the last 8 months. The team at Christchurch Apartments were really supportive, responsive and open on all matters which made our lives even easier. I recently moved into an apartment building in the St Albans area. Extremely happy with the property managers as everything I asked to be changed or fixed has either been sorted, or is scheduled soon to be sorted.
