Always a great stop on our way out of Auckland. Staff are great, very quick service and the food is exactly what you expect, nothing to fault with the food. Atmosphere is alright, not super comfy feeling but more than serviceable.

Not a great experience. Food was cold and flavourless, service was slow, and a morgue would have more atmosphere. Massively overhyped and overpriced.

Love the ordering system so much better than competitors. This location is super clean and the staff ate really friendly. The vibe is also really chill. Definitely recommend a road trip lunch stop

This Taco Bell is very busy in weekends around lunch, so I try to visit at other times, as my daughter loves it. Unlike other stores we have been to, this one does not have the drink or frozen drink machines, so you get a can of drink, which is not as good as getting refills that you do in their other stores. The food though is always good, at the Taco Bell standard.

Food can be a bit spicy for a whimp like myself but it's very good. Love the self ordering machines however you cannot remove ingredients like cilantro (coriander) which I'd wish they'd change. Bit other than that never had a bad experience here.

9/7/23: I was disappointed the taco was much smaller than inticipated. Salad was too cold in comparison to the beans. Not sure I got my money's worth for the avocado because there literally was not enough room for anything was such a small shell.

Forgot to get the lads name yesterday but he had long hair, piercings and I think a slight beard. The dude had excellent customer service, was super chill in taking our order and amended it last minute when we wanted a drink changed from the water we ordered prior.

Have been to taco bell in many countries many times however it seems they have all the same ingredients here but they don't know how to cook them!!!!Raw black beans in water in a wrap. Tomato only salsa. Disappointed and overpriced, staff clearly aren't being taught how to cook Mexican!!!!!! :(
