Terrible customer service! My sister took my father's car in to get it serviced at Nissan West 10am Tuesday it is Thursday now and she hasnt had a single update. She has been trying to call every day since, leaving messages multiple times a day with no call back. She has no vehicle to drive in and see the dealership. Now I'm envovled (I live out South Auckland) calling management and the branch out South just to try and get a hold of the West Nissan branch. I've waisted almost 2h trying to track someone at the branch down. Ive never encountered such terrible communication and service before from a dealership. Highly recommend go elsewhere.

Really, really bad customer service. The service I received was inefficient and the staff member relaying information to me was clearly not knowledgeable which gave me no confidence in what she was saying. Very frustrating that they never ever pick up the phone and there are big delays in email responses. Overall, unprofessional, inefficient and staff do not seem knowledgeable at all. It’s a shame I have to leave this review as they’ve been fantastic in the past.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had. Came here as my car CD player wasn’t working and they reset my battery and fixed the problem at no charge. Outstanding and highly recommend.

We dealt with Mahir on 25 October 2022 and we are thankful for his excellent customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. He promised to provide us what we need on the following day but instead we received his email after 4 hours. That’s a good example of under promising and over delivery. West Nissan is lucky to have him.

I came in for an appraisal, & dealt with Mahir, even tho the price was lower than I expected,His customer service and information regarding the car was amazing will definitely deal with him again
