Over expensive. Please check your bills as at times I have been charged wrongly.80% of items in the shop are missing prices.

Place where you can get all Indian food and spices. They have a large Varity of rice and Atta. Frozen veg are available and good stock. I like Indian samosa, if you visit after 10am you can get hot/fresh samosa's. Not too much Varity of fresh veg and fruit.They keep the shop clean & tidy and customer service is good.

This place is alright I mean we can buy the most essential things and some snacks etc. Although i noticed they don't have a much variety to select from so I guess they may have run out of stock or that's just the usual. Compared to Lotus supermarket and Top in town i think this place has so much potential to grow and expand. I must suggest to management that i understand things are lying around everywhere due to time and resource constraints but water dripping and wet floor covered with cardboard boxes is just crazy , you guys really got to do something about that. I was buying a wheat flour 5 kg pack on the other day and the area was so wet and mismanaged which was quite disappointing. Looking forward to a little more organized arrangements upon my next visit.

Poor customer serviceToday we bought bikaji dry fruit kachori from kwality bazar botany south. As we opened it we found fungus on kachori so we checked date and it was expired.We went for return and the lady forced us to buy something other stuff instead of giving us refund.But we asked for refund, she gave us and started murmuring in front of us that people come for refund of five dollars, instead of apology for selling expired stuff and westing customers time.

Great all in one Indian items stores. Extremely good choice for almost everything, from grains, daals, rice, spices, provisions, namkeen, ready to eat meals, ready to prepare mixes, pickles, biscuits, veges, milk, cheese, drinks, rotis & naans, sweatmeats, frozen items, all veg. items pl. note. Helpful & friendly staff. Spacious place, great central location, ample parking, nice shops nearby too, reasonable prices for most items, could do with well placed price labels pl. I have loved the very soothing music they normally play there. Gives the place a great positive vibe.

Front staff girl needs to learn some customer service skills. she doesn’t know how to greet people and when i asked her if i could get the bag for the groceries, she handed over the whole bag roll to me and started service another customers and i had to put the whole groceries by myself.

Sometimes customer service is not welcoming. Busy has most of the products but staff should be more helpful and respectful. Thanks

It is very stupid when a business like you charging surcharge for payWave. Upon asking a lady at the counter, she replied yea we need to speak to the bank in funny way. I know this one star not gonna stop your business but honestly saying, it’s not good at all.

more than half of the items has no price tag whatsoever ,also recently started 2% surcharge on cc & apple pay payments.
