Good for training and playing with family, theres a park/playground for the kids to play on and a circuit around the park for own body weight workouts as you run.

Nice open space, plenty of parking and some good workout gear dotted around the perimeter path.Grass is well maintained and a good space for dog walking when the sports aren't on.
