So far, complete incompetence. I have taken my Jag to them THREE times to fix the same problem (not my choice as it is under warranty), and the issue still presents itself. If you have a European car, take it somewhere else, as I'm not sure these guys realise that some cars aren't made in Japan.

Very polite and positive service. Good booking schedule. They forgot to reset the service time on the cars computer but thus can be corrected at a later date.
