Came in with a foreign marriage certificate to change my name. Young man at the was very warm and congratulated me then proceeded to change my name, checking and updating my details as well. Very easy and quick process. Excellent service and efficient for a Saturday.

Staff rude and don’t want to work , 3 staffs standing and chatting for about 30 minutes and all they said as they are fully booked but no customer there at all , walked away and was back after 30 minutes and same situation still . What a joke branch

Their customer service spokesperson said to confirm your identity doesn’t require an appointment, I confirmed this twice and they said just walk in. On the day of going into the branch the lady at the desk refused to let me see anyone as i needed an appointment- I explained to her twice that i spoke to your customer service and they said just walk in, not until when she again refused again but then i said ill call them now and get them to answer on spot… Then she allowed me to see someone.What a way of transferring into a new bank
