Groomers Delight

Definitely a SCAM. I spent a lot of money and after weeks and weeks of chasing via emails (and no response) I received a parcel in the mail that contained one of the items I've ordered but it was in used condition, rustic and smelly. Absolutely shocking. Obviously no response when I contacted them again about a) this used product and b) the remainder of my order. It has been well over a two months now and I've stopped waiting and instead I'm trying to dispute my card transaction with my bank.

I too have ordered 2 blades from them, and heard no response from emails - cant find a phone number to contact them and have not received my order. I am very very disappointed. I am wondering if this is a scam....!!!

After a week of not hearing anything about my order I looked at the reviews and got worried it was a scam. I emailed the address on the site and phoned but wasn't getting a response and the phone turned off. After a good hour of investigating who owns the company, I came across 3 different numbers which all were disconnected/engaged. When I found her name/address, I looked her up on Facebook. She has another company in which I was able to find and get another phone number. This one actually went through to her and I managed to speak to the owner June. She expressed how she had a mental breakdown and stopped working months prior but is back now and had received my order and had sent it the day prior. I was still extremely sceptical and saw someone else commenting on her personal Facebook page trying to get in contact. I messaged this lady and she told me she contacted the bank to cancel payment. I was considering doing the same but the next day I received my order - and much to my surprise it was all there as I ordered. This isn't a scam, just extremely poor service. I told her she needs to update her website with current contact details as there are so many people trying to get in contact with her - but I don't expect it will happen.I don't trust this company in the slightest and from the sound of it when she had her mental breakdown she kept the website open which is totally wrong. Although I received the products I ordered, I would never order through here again. I would not trust that she would send the items without my multiple calls/texts/emails. She needs to communicate with her customers and make it clear what's happening with all the bad reviews...

So upset. Placed an order months ago and received nothing. No refund. No communication.

We believe ths business is no longer operating. We placed an order for hundreds of dollars weeks ago and have not heard from them since. Nobody answers calls or emails. Their site is still taking orders which is so wrong because they are clearly not processing them anymore, just taking everybody's money!

This is a SCAM! DO NOT buy from them! Report to Netsafe and if you’ve already paid check with your bank for a credit card payment dispute!

My items arrived in perfect condition,communications could be better but very happy.People are calling this company a scam,IT IS NOT !

I do NOT recommend groomers delight. Placed an order for an 'in stock item' weeks ago and still waiting even thought website says delivered in 2-6 business days. Seller dies not reply to emails and phone is always turned off. I have no way of getting my money back except through legal avenues. Don't make the same mistake I did, buy from a different retailer!

DONT BUY FAKE AND SPAM!!!!
