Horrible customer service!

Agents for Bosch appliances in New Zealand. They have dreadful after sales service; i.e. they blame the customer to avoid fixing product issues. We will never buy another Bosch appliance because of this bunch of Wombles.

Needed 2 Bosch parts for our fridge. Great communication and fast delivery (ie 2 days). Very reasonable pricing too! Big thanks.

Five stars for the parts team calling taking team for putting up with an employer that is not in the business of supplying parts. Well they might supply parts but you will need to jump through hoops for months and then realize that they are a monopoly in Bosch parts. Then jump through a complaints email process that has no auto reply for an eta on a call back. Time to call Bosch overseas and ask them to keep all the repair call taking staff but give the management side a hard look (1 star). Good luck NZ you are going to need it!

Had a problem with washing machine (water pump was working much longer than it should be). Called BSH Home Appliances Ltd and made an appointment. Tradesman (Richard) came on time, checked the machine and because it did not need fixing (there was problem with weight of load) charged only half an hour. Advised that if the same problem happens again in the next month or two he will come and initial sum for coming will not be charged. Very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Phone and online service booking system was a disaster. Asked them to call my phone - they sent an email. Left me four days over a long wet weekend without a washing machine for a household family of four active humans. Had to argue to get a booking sooner once i got through. Service technician was great when he came.
