Found this hide gem in Parnell. The food was delicious, staff was friendly service was flawless. Good wine list. Ceviche was my favourite Thank for the great first time experience.Will be back definitely.A Big Thank You to the team.

Beast Italian in Auckland, authentic with character...fish crudo is so fresh that the fish is still alive..Lamb ragout with shaved truffle and the eggplant parmigiana...but the deserts are addictive...the pasticcio with a patisserie cream that you can't stop having it....Great job!! And the Italian guy on the floor is so sexy...

I found Cornelia while just walking around area Stopped in for a light meal and was met with some carefully prepared crudo with wonderful salad. I was so impressed i had to come back tonight to try full meal and again impressed with how the care taken in delivering another wonderful meal. And service was excellent made me feel like i was part of the large family at Cornelia.

I had the most amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was part of the family. The warm and inviting atmosphere was just what I needed, and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend Cornelia, it was absolutely delicious! The staff was so friendly and attentive, making my dining experience even better. This is definitely my new go-to spot for Italian food in Auckland, and I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Impressive selection of Italian wines and really nice, cozy atmosphere. I found the quality of the ingredients to be of a high level.The best tiramisu I have ever had in NZ, just like at home in Italy.

Definitely one of the best Italian Restaurants in Auckland.It is not a big place, or on the main street, almost shy, like a well-kept secret, but well worth the visit.Don't expect a huge menu, but the magic is in the ingredients. everything you do order is perfection.The Warm Sourdough came with a magical smoked butter that made it so special. Delicious Grilled octopus with beans puree and pickled capsicumThe homemade Fettuccini were too thick but the pork ragu and aged parmesan made me forgive it all and love it.The Deconstructed tiramisu is nothing less than genius. all the familiar flavours but amplify to a 100.The Pork meatballs were soft and melting in the mouth - served with tomato sous, basil, parmesan cheese, and with olive oil and garlic bruschetta for some crunch.

Went after work with a friend for drinks and dinner. Staff were very lovely and although we took a while to order they did not rush us and let us have a leisurely dinner.The wine was super and we shared several dishes, everything we had was amazing, light and fresh and moreish. The desserts also fantastic. We had our table for 3 hours and I appreciated we weren’t rushed and we were casually checked on. Loved the entire experience and would happily go back.

Honestly, this place opened up the world of sandwiches to me. The Crudo sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. The simplicity and freshness of the ingredients, something about it coming together is magical. I’m devastated I moved to Melbourne and can’t have this every Saturday like I used to. I spend my days in search of a similar flavour profile and nothing hits the same. Thank you Chef Fabio for changing my life. Aucklanders, know you’re so lucky!!!(I don’t even have good photos cos that’s how impatient I am when it’s in front of me, but here’s some screenshots of a video I found!)
