My partner had his hair cut here by the lady with the dreads (sorry we didn't catch your name) and hands down it was the best cut he's had in years. Brought my son in for a tight perm today - wasn't a simple job but same lady did it...and he's really happy with it. Thanks so much, also for your great advice on after-care.

My sister was nervous going to the hairdresser as she hadn't been in a long time. I noted this in the pre-appointment form they ask you to fill out when you book online.They barely acknowledged us when we arrived and made us wait 30 minutes past the appointment time with no apology.We waited longer than the haircut took. The woman who saw my sister didn't even wash her hair, she brushed it dry which is not good for naturally curly hair and didn't even ask her what she wanted done with her hair.Pretty gutted that this was my sister's experience after how long it's taken her to build her confidence up to go.Terrible service, would not recommend even for how cheap they are.

Got my nose pierced here, first time was good service was good but the thing that made me put a 1 star is because they didn’t put a flat back connecting to the stud so it fell out. The stud constantly stabbed me inside my nose and was very uncomfortable. I decided to go to a proper place that does professional piercing and they said the lady should have applied a flat back with the stud. Will not be coming back what a waste of money and time. It’s common sense to put a flat back on a nose stud or else it’s just gonna fall out.

The lady at the counter has no customer service skills and is very rude. I was waiting for the haircut and she didn’t even inform the hairdresser that I was waiting for a cut. She didn’t even know what prices they are advertising online and was charging me wrong amount. The hairdresser cut my hair unevenly. She didn’t even sectioned my hair properly and started with the cut. This place is a waste of time and money! Never going here again.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at a salon by the Indian lady at the front staff. She has no manners at all!

Was told by the hair dresser (Priscilla),confidentlythat she will be able to even out the colour on my hair. All that happened was the roots of my hair was a lot lighter than the ends of it. Very disappointing and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone again.

Very friendly staff. Hair was done in a professional way. Also adviced what shampoo would suit my hair. Haven't had time to go and buy the shampoo from them but definitely will buy it.

We travel here from out of town for men's haircuts from Priscilla. Great, reliable cuts.
