Enjoyed the Kai in a relaxed environment by the moana with my little niece and nephew and they enjoyed it too. Will go again and try the rest of the menu i.e. ribs, variety of burgers. Kia ora!

Probably one of the best chicken burgers I have ever tasted. Some sort of beautiful secret sauce and the most amazing coleslaw. And the chips were crispy, salty and very tasty. Make sure you go if you haven't been yet! 10/10

I normally love this place and was really looking forward to my comfort food, their loaded pig tail fries. But I was disappointed to come home and realize that instead of curly fries, they used their normal straight cut fries. Since I was a online takeaway order, I had no heads up about it. I understand that they probably just ran out of the curly fries, but it would have been good to know because I would have otherwise not ordered them.

You know when Homer eats the ribwich and instantly becomes addicted? That's how I felt eating the ribs. So I definitely recommend them. The pork belly burger was also amazing (just make sure you have a lot of napkins if you get it!) Friendly customer service too, definitely going back.

New Henderson branch.The guy couldn't be bothered talking to us and pointed at the touch screens. Then he overcharged me by $10 , no sorry, no nothing. For a restaurant opening up in a new area your service is mud. Burger wasnt worth $14.Suffuce to say i won't be back .

Shocking service!!! Went tonight to celebrate my wife's birthday. The guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered to get his head out his phone. So walked out and spent my money at Eastridge will not be going to Downlow again

One of the best chicken burgers out there. Fries and southern fried chicken also fantastic. Get down here and support downlow bbq rather than the big chicken joints.

We had the Mac n cheese bites. Chips. Fried chicken and ribs. It was amazing. Fast friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Loved the salt on the Mac bites, just what they needed. Make sure u grab some spicy sauce for ur fried chicken if u like a bit of kick.
