Had a great chat with Anthony who was super knowledgeable about all things car related. Confidently had me leaving the store knowing what I wanted to know and more, as someone who works in retail his laid back but thorough approach is the best service you can ask for. Big up bro, will be my go to store from now on.

I've rated this high , not so much for the quality of goods or services but for convenience. It always appears to looked like it's about to close up but hangs in there..for convenience it is a great asset for the people of the area and it is a significantly growing area by population. To go to another like store there is some considerable distance to Northland's Eastgate and Stanmore Rd .Staff are helpful and will take time to visit your car with great parking at the door.

Above and beyond service from the team here. Store was immaculate and the service was exceptional. Best experience i have had at a repco over the years. Handy location also with parking at the door.

Really bad customer service, not even worthy of one star! They woman working their today were rude. Customer service at this branch has definitely gone down hill.

I went there for a product at the shirley branch that the computer stated was in their store. I said to the salesman that was not good enough and to upgrade his system. He was quite rude and when I said I would write a review he simply said please myself he's not to bothered. This I find is definitely not acceptable.

Girl working Sunday morning so helpful n friendly, I had problems with a faulty item and they didn’t end up having a replacement at the same price for me there, but she was adamant to make sure I got a replacement without any extra cost so communicated with her boss and other branch to help me get a replacement of my item quickly x she was so onto it great service x
