Exceptional service from the team at Miles Toyota (Airport). Glen took the time to talk with me about my concerns and the issues I was having. Fantastic communication from the team in front when it comes to bookings. Down to earth, unlike the team in town. High quality work, great pricing. Highly recommend if you need your Toyota looked at. Handy location, no traffic and parking available. They also offer loan vehicles.

Ordered a part from here and was told they would ring the next day when it arrived. Got to 2pm before I called them and was told it hadn't been ordered and that they would order it now and it'll be there in an hour. Got down to them 1hr 20 later and it still wasn't there. Was unable to get the part before the weekend. Very poor communication and service. The parts guy couldn't have cared less.
