Great service. I needed a key for a really old lock, which was created in quick time. They also cleaned off the old paint and grime to make it look sparkly and new.

I lost my keys and I asked City Locksmiths to come over and change my locks. I researched Locksmiths all over Auckland and City Locksmiths were the best value I was able to find. Their communication is fantastic and response time is so quick. Their locksmiths are professional and very apt at what they do, my locks were changed so fast I didn't even blink and it was all sorted. Thank you very much City Locksmiths and especially Joanne over the email who really had a lot of patience and responded swiftly to all my stupid questions. lost the key to my safe, got a few quotes from other locksmiths ranging from$100 to $260+GST to open it & make new keystook it in to city locksmiths and the young guy there opened it in 15 min and only charged me for a new key... awesome service, highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding service and great to deal with.When about to head away for summer I discovered that the keys we had didn't fit our roof racks. The guys at City worked through a range of possibilities before finally having to cut new keys from scratch. Problem solved, and their price was incredibly low.Highly highly recommended!
