We recently got a lot of living room furniture and decor items from Online8. We loved every piece of furniture and decoration we picked from this store. I like this store for not only their unique collection but also for the quality it offers. It’s been added to my most favorite stores list that I would like to return to. We had to exchange our counter stools (post delivery) because of height not appropriate for our counter. I just had to give them a call and it was a pleasant experience and was exchanged without any hassles. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very helpful & friendly owner who went above and beyond to assist with our needs when time was of the essence. Highly recommend!! Excellent service. We bought 2 sofas and 4 side tables, all amazing. Pradeep did everything he could to get them to us as soon as possible. We were so impressed with him.

Great customer service, Pradeep has an amazing personality and someone I'd definitely go back to for our next piece of furniture. He was very patient and understood our requirements and fantastic results at the end. Now we own a piece of reclaimed wood which has enhanced our living room by ten fold.

The lamp we ordered has just arrived (rural delivery). I just wanted to give you feedback that we are super pleased with the lamp, your incredibly efficient service and great freight costs from Auckland to us in the deepish South. The price of the actual floor lamp was also significantly cheaper than some other sites I checked out. So while I don't encourage you to put your prices up - I was certainly blown away by the price difference between online options to purchase from! I'll definitely be passing your online site details on to others.Many thanks again - it's perfect for the location and purpose we were looking for.

Highly recommend, especially to interior designers. They were very quick to respond to my questions about some items I was interested in buying... and followed up on extra question very quickly with a called to explain - which I appreciated. When I went to to showroom, they had answered all the questions honestly and I was very pleasantly surprise that the high quality of the products was what they said it was. Very accommodating as they have put some additional items aside for me so I can pay for them in a couple of months when I can afford them. Love my new furniture, definitely give them a ten out of ten!
