Excellent customer service and what an amazing, relaxing experience - from the minute you arrive. I haven't enjoyed past facials - never got the big deal - but Pimm has a gift. Also possibly the best massage I've ever had. Thanks so much!

My first visit was well above my expectations. Pimjai is great; very welcoming and did a fantastic job of my foot spa. I walked out substantially more relaxed than when I walked in. I went home and immediately booked my next appointment.

I went for a massage today for the first time at Spa Paradise. My therapist was Pimm, who did an excellent job of first assessing my situation, and then doing the massage best suited to my needs.I can highly recommend her. I already have a follow up appointment scheduled!

I am so happy to have found such a great salon in Lincoln. At first, I was going to have a slimming massage, but after having Pim check my body, I changed to a lymphatic drainage massage. She was right. After the massage, my legs felt firm and so light! And pin gave me a lot of advices to improve my lymphatic flow. Thank you Pim! I can't wait for my next appointment.
