Had a great experience, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt realise it was a trade shop, and I had a bit of a list, the guy explained that he'd jump on my list as soon as possible. No worries, I went and grabbed a coffe and some lunch, by the time I got back he had powered through the list and had my bolts sitting in a box behind the desk for me.Only giving 5 stars to 10 star service seems stupid but here it is -Thanks guys!

Very poor - crap service. Stood around waiting at the customer service desk while 3 employees stood around having their own conversation, while I waited and waited. Finally got service and was charged ridiculous price for retail.

Very poor customer service offered at this outlet. Culture of the place is reflected in how customer feedback is dealt with. Cleary buying there is an inconvenience in how I was dealt with.

Hey Grant, sorry you had to wait so long. We only have 2 staff that serve on the counter. All the other staff are employed to pick orders and pack shelves. Feel free to give us a call (07 8508434) and place your order and we can have that ready for you. Regarding pricing give me a call and I can see what has gone wrong and see if I can help you out a bit. We are a trade shop so sell to account holders but don't want to have people upset so call me.

Expensive and cant get their facts right. Charges retail on trade accounts. Charges extortion for retail. Its a hard pass for me.
