I have had my haircut here twice, easy 5 star. The experience but more importantly the haircut is flawless. I went to a party after getting my haircut and the compliments wouldn't stop flowing! Will be coming here for the rest of my time in AKL!

Barber seemed knowledgeable and followed all my requests completely. I'm not too happy with the cut but in fairness to the barber he did exactly what I asked so I can't fault him. Price was decent and service was fast

Wish I could give 0 stars but 1 star is what it starts with. Spouse went in for a haircut today after seeing all the positive reviews and we are totally disappointed. The hair dresser was rushing the haircut because he missed his appointment with another client which is unfair (he could have just asked us to wait). He did half side of the head and then finished it and we had to ask him to cut the other side too, We asked for a faded haircut, which is the same we ask for in most places but we were informed later in an unpleasant way that we should have asked for an undercut(we are not professionals and a little guidance and communication in the beginning could have saved us time and money). To top it all off the haircut was bad, no clean lines. It was 46nzd for a bad haircut and bad experience. Never going back here. We rushed out without even getting a hair wash as we were so uncomfortable.Replying to the comment from the owner, here:Writing the reply here because I couldn't reply on the comment by owner. I haven't mentioned we wanted a free hair wash, we are aware we need to pay - We only left because we were disappointed with the whole experience and didn't want the other services(hair wash and bread trim - which we would have paid for like we do everywhere). We are currently getting other services and the hair fixed at a different hairdresser's place and it's exactly what we wanted in the 1st place. We are not professionals but we do know when a haircut is not satisfactory and the experience as well.

First time visiting Broadway today. For the past few years I have used hairdressers because I don’t usually trust barbers with styling. However, never again. This guy has tons of experience and understands how to work with different hair types. Top quality cut, thanks again

Michael, the owner is the best in the business. I have lived in Auckland for 7-8 years and have been struggling with professional mens hair stylists for a very long time. When I was highly recommended his services, he personally came out to a friend of mines house to cut our hair on short notice. At this point, I realised the service and skill of this man is next level. Michael can make you look golden with out any instructions. He understands mens face shape and naturally gages what best suits each of his clients. Instantly voicing a few options which all sound fantastic. Could not recommend more highly, he's elevated my style. Can confidently say he will continue being my stylist for as long as I am in this city. 10/10

Place was amazing, hairdressing place looked very professional and the worker is kind. He recommended me styles with would match my hair and knew lots of knowledge about being a barber. Very happy with my haircut. Going to be my new barber and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great cut! Been here a few times, Micheal is very professional and knowledgeable about different styles. He cuts your hair exactly how you ask for it. Can't fault him.
