Purchased a beautiful Montmarte sofa ~ what a fantastic experience.Lisa is a styling whizz, loved her suggestions on soft furnishings.Lisa was also kind patient and helpful.When my sofa was further reduced, again 100% awesome help from Rachel the store Manager. She empathised and presented a win win solution. So happy!!and look forward to my next visit at Nood Westgate soon10/10 team keep up the great work!!

So glad I read the reviews first before buying in regards to quality. I went into the Westgate Nood store yesterday for the first time. 2 ladies at the counter talking loudly and buried in their book work to even approach customers or greet them. 5 of us in the store. We all walked out. I went into lazy boy and bought a lounge suite and dinning table. Great quality products and customer service @ lazy boy.

Went to every furniture store in North West and this was the only store where the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up having to purchase from Nood Lincoln road because they had the colour of the chair I wanted but the lovely lady (sorry, forgot to get your name) made sure to call ahead to Lincoln road and check they had stock. Really appreciate the lovely customer service today after a stressful day of shopping.

More than one month that we bought our sofa bed and still no news… Nood don’t even reply to our mail and don’t care. Worst customer service for a retail store. We will contact some authorities soon.

What a friendly store! My partner and I visited the Westgate store a few weekends back and took advantage of their great sale. We were made to feel very welcome and the team were attentive and made us feel valued.Thanks for making our time in store a pleasurable experience, we will be back! :)

Madie and Rachel were amazing. I hade such a great customer experience. I can't say enough good things about all of the helpful design and decorating advice they gave on top of the excellent customer service! The whole team at Westgate worked together and were really nice. I will be back again soon.
