I drag myself back to BK in the hope that last time was just a bad day for someone, or it was bad timing and I got product that was about to time out, (neither should be excuses but I'm just giving them the benefit of the doubt. But nope!This is the worst BK branch you could possibly go to.I arrived at 8:58am and they sat there watching me at the drive through and refused to respond to me until it was 9:00am.I eventually got sick of waiting for a response from the staff so I drove upto the window then she refused to take my order and wanted me to drive back through the drive-through.As you could assume, I drove away and won't be going back.

Overdone sauce application including mayo on a hamburgers...that doesn't contain salad. After 3years I decided against my better judgment to ho to be again. Thought chch might be different but not just as bad as timaru and ashburton so never again

Got what I wanted. Burger was great. Fresh and still hot. Chips were perfect. Service was the best I have seen for a drive thru.

Burgers cold, minimal amount of ingredients. I used to love BK cause they had decent size and loaded burgers. Not anymore. At least their chips were warm.

Lots of signs but knowing where it is and where the entrances are helps to find from the non descript building.Friendly staff that serve the food fast was great for a fast food service perspective. The tables were all well cleaned.The toilets were very clean and did not smell.Time out had a few video and luck games. Drive though was busy and seemed to be streaming through well.

Fast and convenient, the place is not easy to park as the are limited spaces, the BK food are always great and the services here are fast and efficient. Staff are friendly and the drive thru is smooth!
