We don't usually have issues with their delivery people, but the recent delivery driver (the two Indians) were rude and inconsiderate, putting the safety of our customers and our staff at risk; their delivery driver and his buddy had placed a pallet of goods in the middle of one of our customers' and staff's entry and exit points; this posed a safety hazard. Customers can't access the main entry way, causing issues for both us and our customers; Their justification was that we have never done this before

HAPPENED TWICE>>> WARNING >> if something on special and not in stock and reception ordered for you please check the price again as if special price is finished by then you will get charged the normal price and unfortunately its your responsibility because its your fault it was out of stock.

Very expensive for wholesale (bulk) retailer... Less variety as well

The staff are super slow (inefficient and toooooooooooo much chitchat) and very rude. Their “out of stock” situation and the wrong price tags are pretty normal. I come this store only because it’s a handy location for me. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because there are a couple of nice and hardworking staff working here.

Had ordered a whole pallet from them and when they had delivered it, they had just left it right in front of the main entrance making our entrance not accessible to anyone to use having a major loss in our customer during the time period it was left there. It then started to rain making the products wet and weren't able to cover it up fully as was also windy making our tarp just fly. They had the same driver come and fix it for us but instead of putting it where it should have been just put it next to the door and I had to put it where it was supposed to go which took a very long time as myself am injured. Upon opening the pallet which was covered in plastics he just left the plastics to fly away.

My first time here. Google called it Cash n Carry" but I found it was a Members Only. However

My dad has a business when lockdown first just had gone he went and got lots of masks gloves and other stuff no restrictions tags and the manager rudely came over and ripped half his stuff he needed and angrily said you can't have this much stuff

It's a shame I have to chuck a one star. We've been supporting Trents well over a decade now and won't return until they change their management.I'm angered by the way the staff said I could only take one box and have to leave the other behind because they were short on boxes" haha funny how there's still a mountain of boxes.
