Auranga Dog Park
It's not fenced. The rubbish bin seems to have been taken aswell!. Ugly power lines and the bank to the river is very steep.

Nice dog park with beautiful landscaping and walkways around. Still surrounded by lots of construction. A few agility exercises for doggies of all sizes. Open grass area to run around too. 4 stars because it needs a bin

Auranga Dog Park
Large off leash dog park. Lots of seating and a nice water fountain for humans and doggies. Location does lack shade and the swamps surrounding can get your dog mucky but we are so lucky to have another dog park to go to out south. Hopefully a bin gets added soon as the community grows.

Good for dog exercise. Avoid going in low tide if you wish to swim your dog. No rubbish bins. And lots of insect

Good park. Could do with a bin at the entrance though, seems to be a pile of dog poopoo bags all the time

Auranga Dog Park
Great new dog park, suitable for small dogs or larger dogs. Plenty of room to run around and some agility obstacles for the dogs to play or train on. No bins on site however for dog waste so you'll need to take it back with you.

Auranga Dog Park
Such a fun park with agility obstacles for the dogs. Our dog had never used one of these parks and this is the first I have seen in NZ and I thought it was a cool idea.There is a nice walkway close by and I would recommend Better Way Cafe if you are looking for a good coffee.If you are in the area it is worth a visit.Note: the Coastal Walkway is still under construction but will be a really nice walk when complete.

Auranga Dog Park
My fur babies' favourite walk in the south. There is a dog agility place for active babies. Has good elevated hills for dogs to run. Recently installed water station. There are benches to sit in. We love sitting at the far end and wait for the sunset - Auranga has amazing sunset skies and view of hunua from afar.

Nice location and not very busy.Would be better if the dog owners that visited didn't just dump their rubbish on the ground however.
