Go Bus Transport

Phone system is hopeless... listen to interminable redirections, press numbers then listen to it ring into infinity with no one answering I tried 4 times on Friday and left a message for call back, no one ever did, tried twice today with same result of it just ringing and ringing and ringing .... no staff obviously to answer the call

Great company! They have friendly drivers and modern clean urban buses. The only reason I gave this review a 4star not a 5 star is because when I catch the 3 Ocean Grove from Andy Bay Road not once has it been on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late.

How hard is it to reciprocate a 'good morning' back from majority of these drivers?? That is, if they're not actually daydreaming while they continue to drive past you... while I wait at the bus stop, arm outstretched...get out of public service ya muppets!!Give me Ritchies bus drivers any day

well my dad is 85 years old and is banned, i mean really? but also i am well travelled and when i was last in dunedin a bus driver asked me to get of the bus because i had the nerve to ask her if you could top up cards on the bus. she seemed extremely stressed when i moved to get off the bus i couldn't because she was still in motion and my card wouldn't read to scan off even though she was demanding me to. meanwhile people looking, incredibly embarassing. i got on the next bus and asked the elderly gentleman driving the same quaestion and he couldn't have been nicer. i have tosay some of your drivers are the most arrogant i've met on my travels including living and working in japan. pjm

Best experience ever on the 77 Mosgiel to City. Left my phone on the bus and later when I rang to locate it, my Super Hero Neil the Driver answered and then dropped it off to me at work on his way home after his shift! How fantastic is that for service?!

I left a shopping bag on the bus and reported it promptly. It was handed in and taken back to the bus depot super quick. I was informed that it was at the depot. All of this took less than an hour. Great work guys and thank you!

By far the absolute worst bus service I have ever ridden on. Love arriving 15 minutes early for the bus for it to literally never show all night. If you call up their number after hours all you get told is there is nothing they can do. Phone service is good but absolutely shocking regional council and company.

Some of the drivers are the rudest and most arrogant people I've met. There is this older arrogant lady (in her 60s-70s) that I'm speaking of. On the other hand, there are super friendly drivers who take time to make conversation and help you out. It seems all the friendly bus drivers who do their job right are all gone with covid; and replaced with rude azz bus drivers.

Taken over alot of school contracts from alot of small family owned businesses and are making a complete hash of it. How did you apply for and win these contracts without even knowing where your busses are going. Wrong kids on wrong busses,busses not turning up,busses following each other on the same route. A complete joke go bus

The number 18 5:08pm bus to the peninsula never arrived. No explanation. No apologies. Just a ruined evening. NZ is hopeless at providing a reliable public transport service. Better to drive a car or ride a bike.
