Very comfortable travel.The driver was spot on time, friendly and kind enough to help us with all the bags and luggage.I had to change the location twice, but the driver very friendly and made everything very smooth and hassle free.Highly recommended

We were 3 couples travelling from Hamilton to Auckland International Airport, so we ordered the shuttle to pick us up from three separate addresses in Hamilton, to arrive for a 9am departure. Made it in plenty of time, communication good.

First time customer, found through google. Looked at the reviews and decided to go with it! Surprise!!! not only it is the cheapest amongst the ones I enquired, the service was also SUPERB! Brilliant service. Booked a private transfer from Hamilton to Auckland International airport for an early morning flight as there are no regularly schedules shuttles running at this time. Supervan was perfectly on time for pickup and made the trip to the airport easy and comfortable

I used Supervans for a group of people attending a conference. The prices were good, the customer service from Parm was excellent and it made it very easy to organise transport. The transport arrived on time as requested and everyone had a hassle free ride. Thank you Parm and Supervans.

They charge an extra 20$ for an extra bag each way. They provided a wrong number for a driver and I nearly missed the driver as a result when my flight was delayed. They also almost refused to pick me up from that disrupted flight after I had prepaid for the service and said they would not refund me if I didn’t use them but would offer a “credit” for less than I paid! Lastly, Josh is an excellent driver but their other driver speeds and I felt unsafe at times on a rainy night.

We were from Thailand visiting our Kiwi family in Hamilton. It was our 2nd time using Supervan. Appreciated the assistance to provide additional info for our decision, as well as the flexibility to rearrange our pick-up schedule. Also, the driver was super nice. We will use Supervan again for sure!
