NVER ORDER ELGAS...I wish there was anything below 1 star...u guys are pathetic with your worse ever customer service. U kept my family waiting with a new born for gas delivery till 14 days, for which I spent 3 full days chasing you on a phone. Your pathetic customer service never responds and makes false promises... STAY AWAY FROM ELGAS.

It is now FOUR WEEKS since we placed an order for a gas cylinder to be replaced and we are still waiting, waiting, waiting. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET SERVICE?

Disappointing. We've been without gas for 4 weeks, and dispatch team communicate to driver and we missed our delivery again today. No heating hot water or cooking. This company has no empathy towards their customers, no apologies.Disappointed. Looking for another supplier now.

Wish there was a lower rating than 1. I should have checked the reviews before signing up. Extremely poor rating all the way down (please scroll down).They don't deliver on time, no communication whatsoever and don't bother to reply. They were very good to sign me up as a customer, and then downhill all the way. My family went without gas for heating, cooking and hot water due to their poor service levels.Essential utility providers should be monitored and license revoked if they fail to perform. These guys are an embarrassment.

I’m embarrassed for this company to see the amount of poor reviews. Clearly something needs to change at Elgas. Extremely poor service, despite multiple phone calls following up order that has been made. Waiting for delivery and still without gas 4th Sunday in a row coming into winter months now with no hot water and not able to cook for my family. No apologies for delays, we are just expected to wait. Disappointing!

I arranged a gas refill a month ago, was told it has to wait for 2 weeks, no show, we decided to have the bottle return for such bad services , pick up scheduled, 2 time no show for the last 30 days, this is total unacceptable. No explanation were given. I'm afraid that the chance of your failure would be within a short period of time.You don't deserve a star for my experience, you put me down with over 10 years good relationship.. Shame on you ELgas.

Amazing experience which I was surprised by based off the reviews on google. Didn't have high hopes but was blown away by how easy it's been. Literally 10/10 from signing up to recieving gas bottles. Fast response time when I called, great customer reps to deal with and cheaper than everyone else we called. Thanks team, my baby can have nice hot baths again in this cold winter weather.

I’ve been with Elgas for nearly 8 years and am happily switching providers. They are currently charging over 200 dollars per 45kg bottle. I recently ordered a bottle and then promptly changed my mind due to the price. Elgas authorised my credit card anyway and I was left 200 dollars out of pocket over Christmas. I then had to apply to get a refund (of my own money) which I apparently won’t see until the 20th of the month - despite promises of receiving it “asap”. I was told that I should have asked for a discount if prices were an issue - but I shouldn’t have to ask. Really disappointing service!

Refused to collect their disconnected 210kg cylinder until threatened with action by Utilities Disputes. Tried to continue invoicing for cylinder in this time, and tried multiple times to schedule tanker deliveries. Refused to answer emails or phone calls for months on end. When they did finally arrive to collect, unannounced, dragged the full steel cylinder 20m by hand damaging the driveway.Absolute idiots, true incompetence to the end. Do everything you can to avoid having to deal with this company.
