Although I know this review might be subjective, I would still like to sharing up some of my personal experience related with this workshop.- Poor service:After the Standard car service (which they almost overcharged 30% more compare with other workshop), they just randomly put my car manual book at the passenger seat, even do not put it back to where it original placed.Then, they changed my system setting without notice me, and I’ll have to change it back such as auto light detection, as well as the auto lock.Of course, the conversation not goes well, even I talk to them with a very polite attitude, they never even showing up a welcome attitude or a smile face.- Misleading information and dishonestAfter the car service, they told me that my Tyre need to replace. However, later when I deal with the Tyre issue with the car dealer (which I just bought two weeks ago), they suddenly changed their attitude, and write a formal letter to showing the vehicle is fine to against me, which contradict to what they told me before.- long waiting timeThe whole process has been took for almost 6 months to complete, although I understand that Covid may impact the speed of shipping, but other workshops can order the same thing in just two weeks.And I really don’t know if they do things like this intentionally or unintentionally? At least, they should told me how’s the time range for ordering a new part, instead let the customer keep waiting for almost 6 months.

Fantastic, friendly service. We broke down a long way from home (Nelson) during the Xmas break. Within an hour of contacting Graeme, he had organised a tow for our vehicle from a remote rural location, then quickly diagnosed our problem. Within a day of parts arriving, our vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. The team are very efficient, friendly and trustworthy and keep you in the loop along the way.
