I should read google review first here!! My car window has been smashed and things had been stolen during day parking, no cctv camera installed over there. The car was just parked near the car park exit where I suppose it would be a safer place as cars in and out. Really wondering if there is any security improvement as this car park is so popular to theft?

I have had a monthly paid carpark here for a couple years now. Wilson parking made things so easy and if I changed cars for some reason, they always made sure things were fine.Due to cost cutting and what not, I am currently making use of the half price buses. But if I park in town again, I'll be sure to park with Wilson.

DO NOT PARK AT THIS CARPARK. There are no security cameras anywhere, and after talking with Police they have informed me that it is one of the top 5 most dangerous car parks in Wellington. My car window was smashed and plenty of my personal items were taken. I would not advise anyone to park here ever as no security and dodgy people hanging around. Wilson car park were not helpful whatsoever and showed no empathy or advice.

A horrible car park building that looks like it's about to fall down. Elevators had no lights, there were no directions to get out by foot or vehicle and not a lot of casual parking bays. Avoid parking here, especially outside business hours as the comments about a drug den seem very true.

It takes a very long time to get out of this parking building during rush hour. 30min plus even if you are only a few levels up since it exits onto a road that is hard to get out of. Expect a big que around 430-530.
