Awful environment - the sales women leap at you the moment you step inside! The women are gossipy! I reluctantly go there to pick up prescription or limited makeup availability. Chemist Warehouse & Mecca for makeup is unbeatable for excellent customer experience.

The lady from Lancome (I wish I could have known her name) was extremely helpful and nice. She solved the problem for me with her excellent customer service skills. She just made my Christmas so delighted because of her help! I can't expect anyone better than her!

I went into life pharmacy today to get a colour match for foundation and got served by this lovely lady named meadow she matched my face and gave me a test pot to make sure it matched in daylight. She was very friendly and really helpful.

Always so so helpful when I need a pescription or advice, when I picked my sons formula up yesterday and hadn't brought the pram, one of the ladies carried it out to my car for me ❤️ highly recommend

Was helped by a lovely girl named sky she let me take my time figure out what I would like fragrance wise and was really knowledgeable .I will honestly be going back there instead of other stores who sell the same perfumes purely because the service was amazing

I visited life pharmacy in Bayfair a week ago and was served by Nicole, when looking for perfumes. I like to visit New Zealand pharmacies as a show of support but the service I received was so terrible that I ended up going across the road to chemist warehouse where I at least paid the correct amount for the service I received.
