Great facility we have in the Bay. So disappointing to find the outer premise littered with rubbish and permanent parking still not finished for the volume of people in vehicles using the facility. Not just netball but other sports on at the same time. Very dangerous with vehicles coming and going for both motorists and pedestrians.If you are going to allow people to park on the grass, provide rubbish bins.
