Starfish Levin
The Starfish Levin is the BEST fish & chips shop in town!! The fish is always fresh and delicious as well as everything else. They also have fresh mussels already shelled, fresh fish fillets, ready to eat marinated raw fish salads, Kina, fresh oysters and more! Great portions for a reasonable price. Also, the owners are the most friendliest people ever! I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The worst fish and chips ever. I ordered crumbed fish and it was watery and as far from fresh as you could get, they forgot 1/3 of my order and served semi cooked potato fritter, the donut appeared to have been cooked in lukewarm oil and was soggy, however (I was starving) it did taste good and was the only edible thing in my order, would not recommend this place.

Just had the best chips in a long while. Not overcooked or greasy - just right! Very generous serving for what we ordered. Friendly & polite staff. Amazing raw fish too. So nice to be in a clean fish and chip shop that's well presented and with a full cabinet. Starfish will be our first choice from now on. Very impressed.

The best Fish and Chip shop within 100km, Fish is yummy, Buggers are awesome and the Beer Battered Fries are second to none, the staff are pretty cool too

This will be my go to now this fish n chips shop is by far the best in Levin and reasonable price highly recommend when getting my order today the lady behind the counter was cheerful and welcoming well done starfish that's A+++++

Nice food, a bit on the greasy side for fish. Chips are nice tooAnd potato fritters also slightly greasy., very little tho, but still the fish was a good size portion.Compared to other fish shops around the area this has to be the best one yet so, over all would go back again.Will try their burgers next time.From an out of Towner

Great food, thankfully wasn't busy when i ordered the food (it was fairly early). Everything was really nice, crunchy well cooked/drained and certainly worth buying. Will be back for more :).
