An excellent trailer that’s easy to load and unload without having to worry about clearance. Also simple to load with only one person. So glad that I bought this trailer!

My wife and I just returned from our first trip towing our new trailer with our 4 door Jeep behind our motor coach. Absolutely fantastic trailer!! Worked beautifully. For RVing, just love how we can remove it from the tow vehicle and use it as a parking space for the vehicle. Fantastic product and once you have one you can never go back!

I love calling Futura. I think I've talked with a total of 3 or 4 different people within the company and every single person has been super genuinely nice. Most recently, Reece.I purchased my trailer about a year ago through Sundowner nearby Sacramento, CA. It was a long drive but worth it. I wanted a second spare wheel, so I came into contact with Reece via email. He walked me through the process, found me one in stock at their paramount location which I locally picked up. Reece took payment over the phone, and the guys at the paramount location were super cool and friendly.The company is based on New Zealand, and wow are they making an impression on southern California. Wish more companies would do business like Futura. These guys actually care about each customer from beginning to end and then some. Hats off to these guys, they make me want to buy another trailer.- Wes

Poor after sales service and very questionable morals in regards to road safety. I seriously cannot comprehend sending a trailer that's cost in excess of $20k, out the door with the brakes not operational and simply unplugged to pass its first WOF due to apparent 'Stock issues'. I'm still chasing it up over 2 months after delivery, you should be providing and alternative solution at your expense as opposed to leaving your customers out of pocket with a trailer that isnt fit for purpose.Could no you imagine any vehicle manufacturer pulling that excuse? It's simply dangerous and unacceptable! Not to mention the other solenoid components failing withing weeks. Noted at its very FIRST WOF was excess play in wheel bearing and brakes not operational. Not what you expect when you choose to spend a premium and try support local buisness. Very disappointing to say the least! Now can we actually get this resolved in a timely manner or am I expected to wait another 2 months before I will actually receive the product I payed for months ago. Sort it out!

Great service and a great product.I saw few people at the racetrack using the Futura trailers. After doing some reading, I knew this was the trailer for me.Thank you for everything.

I wouldn't use any other trailer. The Futura enables me to easily load and unload by myself and it's light enough I can even move it around by myself.

Have been on a hunt for a trailer for a couple of years. I was lucky enough to use a friends dual axle futura trailer which got me hooked on wanting one!Dealing with Glen, Dylan and the team at futura trailers was painless! Exceptionally good quality of customer service and communication.Money invested in the trailer was well worth it, hands down best trailer I’ve ever towed. The 7+ hour drive back was a breeze and being an empty trailer it was towing surprisingly well! Didn’t even know it was there at times.Great doing business with you guys and will definitely be promoting your product for future buyers!Cheers!!

Very good experience & I love the trailer. I used it the morning after receiving the trailer to transport a 1949 MG TC to the paint shop. Everything worked perfectly. I have since used it to recover a Porsche that had tire problems and could not be driven, another excellent experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I bought a used (gen 1) trailer privately and the trailer was not in great operating shape. I was really bummed. I was able to get in touch with Futura and they were absolutely amazing. Remember I wasn't buying a new trailer from them but was expecting them to help me clean up the mess the seller had left behind.Futura helped me with the parts that I needed and with the install which was very straight forward. They provided wiring diagrams and when I ran into issues a gentleman by the name of Brad even did a long video call with me to walk me through the fixes. Its been a long time since I've worked with a company that cares this much about their product and the customer experience.A few days after the video call. Brad followed up to see how everything went with my first ride and answered a few operating questions for me to help with loading and unloading my car.This company is great!!!
