One stop bbq shop. They sell a wide range of barbecues, rubs, sauces and accessories. They also have numerous models on display. I buy all my barbecue needs from here. 4 stars, because the price in my opinion is too high.

I had ordered a new smoker through bbqs and more, was told that it would be here in 6 months, 9 months later there was still no news on when it was expected in the country. Chris was very very hard to get in contact with to find out what was going on (I was more than happy to wait longer, as it was the smoker I had always wanted). After weeks of trying, finally got in contact w Chris who told me that the company has cancelled all of their overseas orders and are focusing on their local market in the states. I was disappointed but understood this was out of Chris’s control.I ended up purchasing a different smoker. Fast forward a month and after contacting the smoker manufacturing company direct, this was not the case. They were still shipping world wide and had recently sent one to NZ…Sure, bbqsandmore is a great shop, with some awesome toys on display, but as for customer service, wouldn’t recommend. Checking the other reviews there’s a certain trend happening too

Purchased a Prime Smoke from here. Their cheapest offset smoker. Still going on strong 4 odd years later. Always great service when I come in to buy fuel, rubs and bbq gear ect..

Thomas was amazing to deal with and went out of his way to help. They have a great range of BBQ's and the customer service is amazing. All of the BBQ's are of high quality stainless steel. Don't think I'll ever purchase a BBQ from another place again.

Awesome yummy sauces and spices. Huge range. BBQs look awesome but i got a stainless one 15 years ago and still going strong.

Really had a great experience from start to finish. Saturday afternoon 4pm I called to ask about a product with the hope of getting there before closing time at 5pm. With 20 min to spare, the staff took their time with explaining to me about the product (Oklahoma Joe Tabletop Rambler), general BBQ tips for a beginner, general conversing and quite literally giving me the BEST possible customer experience you could think of. To top it off they even helped with a base for the Rambler to sit on. Thank you Thomas and the other gentleman (sorry I didn’t get your name!), you’ve successfully got a life customer and I’m excited to come back! Thanks again :)

Thomas is the man! Despite not buying my new bbq from them they were super and totally helpful in giving me tips and tricks to get the most out of it, gave advice on a variety of topics and we both felt he was totally up front and honest. The selection here is mind blowing. This place is about supporting the customer as much as it is about supporting the product and that's rare in retail these days.

Highly recommend this place. The staff are super knowledgeable, extremely friendly. Go here for all your bbq needs
