Doctors have misdiagnosed me the past several times I've been, the younger lady on reception is very nice. All in all 0/10 won't take bookings more than 2 days in advance.

Every time I call up I get a very rude person who answers the phone and makes no effort what’s so ever, very disrespectful and now I’m considering switching doctors just because of this

Totally incompetent admin.When asked in regards to why the delays, was met with rudeness and then lied to about time receipt.(Said sent 3pm even though didn’t talk to doctor till 4pm)Contacted them on Wednesday, received medical cert at 430pm Friday even after I said I needed first thing Friday for payroll.High time for change!

I am not enrolled here but I needed to see a doctor asap as mine were closed over the christmas break. They refused to let me see a doctor. I found them to be rather rude over the phone aswell. I do not reccommend this medical centre!!

Worst doctors around, they lie and are unwilling to take criticism, when I wanted to complain about them they tried to tell me I was threatening them.. be very wary dealing with these useless idoits, hornby surgery on the main road is a much better option

This is my local , I've been here a handful of times and the doctors are great but Each and every time I go there or even call to make an appointment the receptionist is so very rude.I can see I'm not the only one to leave review in regards to the rude receptionist.

The receptionists are the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. This has been an ongoing thing for years and nothing has changed.
