I wish I could give below stars for the review. Usually I don’t put review even if the taste is bad or service is bad but this time I just thought I would share my experience as it was terrible anthway staff behaved. I ordered subway footlong veggie patty, everything was going good until the salad part came. I requested one of team member to please change the gloves if possible as I am vegetarian and she was serving meat with the same gloves. The lady agreed with the smile but the lady beside her said in a very rude tone that just for your information this is all cross contaminated and there is nothing called purely vegetarian. May be what said is right but the way she said did not felt right at that moment. She was loud and I find her rude as well, that’s not how the customers are treated. The lady beside her was sweet she insisted that if she could make me new subway but it was all okay for me as I didn’t wanted the food to be wasted. I understand she can have a bad day or she must be really busy throughout the day but being rude is not the solution. I wish she could have said same thing in cheerful manner or at least in a bit respectful way.

All round, worst Subway! Slack service. No Tomato, lettuce, jalapeño, carrot, beetroot...due to supply shortage. Come on!!! Supermarkets are well stocked with these. Drinks fridge was bare, water fridge empty.Paying full price for an empty Sub-stantially poor product.

Don't order here if your on a schedule. They are always late with online orders and always miss items in your order making you having to go back making you late, No apologies, rude and get the sense of racism, other customers or the same nationality get treated with politeness and smiles.

I went into the Manukau store today to redeem an offer for a free sub however, I was declined as the system didn't recognize my offer" and I had to pay $8.90 for my sub.This is ridiculous

Rude staff, Zero customer service, not hygienic store and HIGLY NOT RECOMMENDED storeBreads and cookies always not ready to sell even after open the storeStore was mess behind the working areaI literally RECOMMENDED to go 5/639 Great south road Manukau only 1.5 KM away from supa centa but branch is really clean staff were professional, well behaved and polite at 5/639 Great south road, even they open at 8Am and cookies were freshly baked they always allowed me to get hot cookies on exactly at 8:00am but this supa centa branch they never have any fresh bread or cookiesNot recommended: Supa centa branchRecommend: 5/639 Great south road manukau branch

We visit the subway store by the kmart were hungry and left the store very unhapy and unsatisfied.Before placing the order we were told that they ran out of bread and only had 2 type of bread and we were totally fine with it.Communication was bad and on asking her again she was rolling her eyes to us.We asked for pannini and were told they were also out whereas we could see it inside lyinng on the shelf.Lettuce were so red felt like it was expired, asked avocado and she srapped the container and said this is what we have and on asking for the quantity she asked us back saying “do you work at saubway” in very rude and loud voice and started screaming on the floor saying “i am sick of this job” infront of other customers and seeing this, even the customers behind us left the store.Very very bad experience and customer service with the expired product.I dont think they are trained or provided proper training.

Again I see bad reviews for subway both in manukau. Is this franchise ignoring all of this? Close the store down // get better work environments for the staff and some better training!!

Subway Manukau is not worth it. I must say that it was the worst Subway experience I have had in terms of both the poor/rude service and the way my food was prepared was horrible. As a regular Subway consumer who frequently visits the exceptional Pukekohe Subway branch, I am greatly disappointed by the quality of service at this location. Therefore, I strongly advise against visiting this branch as it is highly likely that you will leave feeling worse than you did prior to going. This was a very bad experience for me.

I received my order and drove to home. Arrived and noticed wrong ingredients in wrong sandwiches and when I spoke to the manager of the store found out out she is the rudest and the most impolite person on earth and cut off on me in the end. Not a single Sorry and apparently from a single Answer of (yes)" From them
