Karen was amazing to work with and made everything easy and stress-free. She organised everything for our Waiheke event: ferry tickets, transfers, activities and dinner. Having one point of contact for everything we wanted to do was great. We had to delay the event a few times due to covid, and Karen re-organised everything for us. Rob looked after us during our activity (Round Robin), and he was very entertaining while keeping us safe. The team had so much fun. Thank you.

Karen and the team at Destination Waiheke are amazing event planners. We recently had our Christmas function and everything ran really smoothly. They organised our transport, transfers, event and lunch. In particular I have to recommend The Great Escape Island Challenge" - this event is so much fun and the slideshow at the end is hilarious."

Great end of year work/team event. It was a really good Christmas break-up activity that all ages can participate in and Destination Waiheke looked after everyone right from the pickup from the Ferry. Pleasant, helpful staff and the food and service at the Batch was amazing! Would highly recommend the ziplining and all of us here at NZDA had fun !

Karen at Destination Waiheke was an absolute dream to deal with. We had the task of flying a team of almost 60 from across AU and NZ to enjoy a beautiful overnight Xmas work do. Even with the barriers and challenges of covid, Karen pulled off an incredible experience for our team. In fact it's been named the best Xmas work Do to date!During the whole process Karen was only one call away for any last minute requests we had and was able to make a dream we had for the last few years become a reality! Absolutely amazing day. Everyone had a great experience ziplining and the Great Island Escape was a lot of fun seeing the island and doing funny and exciting challenges. Huge thank you to Sally for all her help and assistance. Karen and Rob thank you so much for arranging the day and going above and beyond to meet our requirements. Staff can not stop talking about the day.

Highly recommended! Best organisers for our work Christmas party for 28 people, on Waiheke Island this year. Everything went to the exact schedule, great welcoming and lots of fun doing the activities. Rob was amazing to deal with and create our event. We will definitely come back.
