Genesis Gas

We have 2 45kg bottles at the house supplied by Genesis, and this morning - mid-shower, with shampoo in my hair - I realized they were both out. We only turn one on at a time so we know to re-order, but somehow this month both valves were opened so we were completely out.I rang customer support and told them what had happened and they had a delivery out to me less than 2 hours later. Total life-savers. They also made sure there was a note on my account (and added a note to my physical setup) to let their crew know not to open the valve on both canisters in the future so this doesn't happen again.Seriously awesome service, really grateful to them for getting me sorted so quickly.

No gas over the long weekend courtesy of this company failing to turn up with replacement bottles on the date they scheduled us in for (a week ago). Switching to Rockgas.

Students are struggling with high power prices, while Gentailers continue to make billions in profits. We all deserve clean, affordable energy and a safe climate. But Gentailers keep burning fossil fuels to keep their profits high. We need to tax the Gentailers excess profits and invest it in renewable energy, for a better future for all of us

I've never rated a company before but would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible company.

Extremely poor service, I called as I have both gas and power for my business with genesis and wanted to change gas company, lady said that was no problem. Day of switch over comes and I get a call from the territory manager having ago at me for changing, he has been calling me a few times and emailing me even after being asked to stop.

Been with them for for well over ten years, decided they can't deliver gas bottles to my house anymore due to having to go through garage as they have always done! due to health and safety, so cancelled and ran 9kg bottles, got gas inlet moved to in front of garage rang them up to resign up, said wont deliver bottles unless I change my electricity to with them!!! Very poor i think
