Synergy Hair

Gave the inspiration picture of what I was looking to have, walked in with a full head of hair, and the stylist fully disregarded what I had asked for and cut my hair to the smallest inches, she then continued to try and cover up her mistakes by telling me “your hair do would look better with a full face make up look”She knew this was my first time at a salon and failed to give me ways to see if I was okay with what was happening.I will surely not be returning here.

Got my highlights done from them & got a different quote at the time of booking appointment where I clearly mentioned that I don’t want to get blow done on that day.But after the highlights they did the blow dry without my knowledge & asked me to pay extra for it(which I thought is part of the package to dry my hair after taking colour out of my head)Dealt with Owner of the saloon, not very happy with service as they mislead you.Just give one star because of the lady who coloured my hair did great job.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and here’s why;1. colour was wrong & unapologetic by the hairdresser for “mistake”2. price was too high!!3. cut was unchecked by hairdresser4. cut was uneven and not what I asked for, looks hacked at!!!!5. the 3-4 hour appointment I wasn’t even get offered a glass of water6. hairdresser was inconsistent & appeared uninterested to follow up with correction when the colour went wrong7. Hairdresser left a trainee to finish & she didn’t even check in on trainee at the end8. Hairdresser appeared remotely UNinterested to thank me for the service provided to her salon.9. hairdresser inconsistent consultation, didn’t use a colour book or understand customer requestCome on Auckland, for the high price charged, ensure QUALITY salon skills & add some customer service skills.Salon receptionist was kind!Rescue hairdresser tried!#Synergy thanks but NO THANKS

Manukau synergy you were perfect !! Lovely service 10000percent recommend!! I felt so comfortable I hadn’t been to a salon in years and have highly damaged hair also recently fire burnt hair and yet they didn’t try to coarse me into anything she just listened gave the best advice made me feel comfortable and most of all put a lot of effort into the entire service even got a free consultation with attention u usually have to pay for LOVE IT going back next week

Was a bit skeptical about coming here as this was my second hair salon in a week. First salon wasn't a great experience. Went in for a wash and curls was happy withthe result. Customer service was great. I made a booking online and it was actually on time. May be my next go to place.

Many thanks to Monica and team for the amazing service my 7 year old daughter received today. Even with the special request of shaving one side, there were no issues.After Rodney Wayne Barber discriminated against my child for being a girl and refused her, we left feeling a bit disheartened. So thank you again for giving us a great ending to our day and enabling the creativity and growth of young girls to become confident women ❤
