Quality Paint & Panel

Been there twice in 2021. First one was good. The interaction with the guy owner and his wife (the Martins) in two separate occasions, the second experience would be the last. If not for the amazing?supervisor (sorry, forgot his name) and the recommendation of the garage next to them Pages Automotive (owner was very professional), I wouldn't have came back.I found my complaint I sent to them via e-mail dated July 2021 re: LMG380 which I no longer own.I was looking for a panel beater today for a small dent on my car and came across with Quality Paint & Panel and I said, No

Did a great job of fixing the dents scratches, although it did take a week longer than they had initially quoted. Very happy with the results and friendly service.

Great workmanship and Francesco is a Gentleman, very professional to deal with and he goes the extra mile for you. Good communication also, keeps you updated with any issues, delays etc. Thanks Guys.

Helped us out after we were ploughed into from behind. Took care of all the repair work needed, and sorted the insurance side with minimal effort needed on our part. Fantastic team who stand behind their work.

Did an excellent job on my front bumper. Took a lot longer than was originally told, but have to give them some leeway for covid affecting staff

We would like to thank all the team at Quality Paint and Panel Nelson for being amazing. We had a slight altercation with a car in January, in our campervan - in Gisborne. As it was so close to the xmas holiday period, and we were leaving for a long South Island adventure, we weren't able to get the quote or work done there. We called Quality Paint and Panel and they agreed to give us a quote once we got to Nelson which we did in late January. We booked the van in for 27th April, but then weren't ready to head back to Nelson. The team managed to rearrange so we could book the van in for a month later. We got a courtesy car, and the van was ready eight days later.Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the work done was excellent. Thank you all so much.Sandra & Barry

today I am defeated… I got told by insurance months ago to go here for my bumper, 3-4 ish months wait to get it in the shop after it being assessed, I took it in on a Thursday they say “it’ll be ready next Thursday”… after hearing nothing that day I ring and they say “it won’t be ready till next week Friday as we’re waiting for parts”, that day rolls around and same story no contact so I ring “it’ll be ready Tuesday” so I ring yesterday and they say “it’ll be ready tomorrow morning we have to assemble it”… finally after weeks of missing my car I get a text so I go in and pick it up all seems fine until I start driving my car, the steering wheel is so loose I can push it full circle with one finger… it didn’t used to do that I used to have to put so much strength into turning it, then I find out my automatic drivers window goes down automatically but not up like it used to… might seem like minor issues but as an autistic female I have now been sitting in my car having a breakdown because I hate change and this change isn’t good change!!! Idk why my steering wheel is so loose and why my window doesn’t work properly… if you want a nice new bumper they did a good job but as for them being in touch, they do like messing you around. Not to mention they unstuck my phone holder so now I need new tape for it. Like I don’t want to be rude, I really feel for people that work jobs like this but I also think the communication should’ve been worked on.

Always great service from this company. Nelson's recommended repair-shop for Tesla. It's so good to know I can trust someone local to sort out problems for me and it made such a difference that they were so friendly. (I didn't feel nearly so embarrassed about needing their services!)

Did a really good job on my R33 skyline bumper and front end. Was happy that the bonnet was also painted along with guards.Thought i was going to get a new number plate or refurbished one however and my front rad fan mount was broken and repaired with RTV sealant which lasted only the drive home...
