Cabin King has wonderful clients, but sometimes accidents happen. We have high demand for our cabins so when they come back with a broken glass window or door, we need a fast and efficient glazier so we can get them to their next occupier who needs a cabin to rent. We have been using Henderson Glass for well over 10 years and really appreciate their excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Awesome company and amazing team. Called them to replace a window in my house, someone came to measure the glass next day, and installed a week later. Reasonable prices and superb service.

I send for a quote which got a reply quickly with competitive price. Really like the quality of the door glass and it was done within 20 minutes. Would recommended them to everyone who wants their glass replaced

I needed quite a few windows of laminated glass for my old bungalow and these guys were awesome. Recommended the right putty for the job and were very quick, friendly and really well priced. Our family have been coming to these guys for many years and we always go to these guys for our house glass. Thanks for your help and great service.

Took me to contact them several times after several appts for measurements to be carried out & by different staff. Very poor communication! Each person I spoke to had a different excuse ie. glass was measurements were wrong so they have to be made again, color paint was incorrect, glass still to be painted etc took over several months & me sending a formal complaint for something to get done. When installed, many uneven gaps, silicone put into gaps to ‘cover’ & close gap but was obvious (photos attached but photos don’t do it justice. Then advised, “it should be ok as it will be covered by the oven,right?”. Had to write in another complaint & they chased me for final payment, though I disputed it because of the end results. After a few months of being reminded to pay final invoice & disputing it, they gave me a discount & offered to replace exterior rubbers on fixed windows of the house & sliding door, which we accepted as we are well & truly over it after a year (long before Covid) of dealing with this. I’m sorry to put this review but this is my family home that my father built that I have taken over & I’m trying to get things up to scratch & this was just daunting & unnecessary. Communication goes along way. I really hope no one else has to go through this & that everything has improved, ‘lessons learnt’, for this not to reoccur.
