Dropped in to ask about some family silver that was so black. Matt explained what they do in the shop and gave me a quick demo on a ring. He suggested I come back with some of the silver and he'd see what he could do. Short story is he got the silver look back. Great service, friendly staff, I highly recommend Pascoes Rotorua.

Closed at 3pm but website says closes at 4pm...I turn up at 3.10, money in hand..wife expecting jewels, gold, precious metal etc for birthday....I'm in the s***e!On a positive note the 2 staff inside smiled when they told me they were shut.

My mum and I went in to buy a ring for Christmas and we were served by Matt. He made the experience so enjoyable and even remembered small details I had told him earlier so that we knew where to look immediately. We didnt feel pressured or crowded by him yet still felt attended to. Exemplary customer service, such a lovely staff. Would definitely recommend them over other jewellery stores in the area.

The stores are great but it's too hard to shop online - only one photo of each item and no dimensions, not enough info to make a decision.
