We found the bed headboard we liked online and went to check it out here. Bought it then needed transport to get it home. Staff recommended a carrier and also a service station that hires trailers. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very busy shop but not so busy they couldn't go the extra mile.

Rang the store to check stock levels for an Alpaca duvet as it had been hard to find! Michelle the store manager looked after me, and she was fabulous - climbed ladders for me whilst I waited on the phone to ensure she had what we were after. Ran into the store with 10 minutes to spare before close - though she never made us feel rushed or like we were taking up her time. Watch out though...she had us leave with more than just a duvet! Many items later we finally left, and she even helped carry everything to the car for us! Absolutely amazing lady with impeccable service. Will not go anywhere else, even though the shop isn't our local it's certainly worth the drive, thanks Michelle!!

I’m in my late 80’s, and today I experienced excellent customer service that I was use to in my younger days. The young women who served me was Hannah. I could have walked out of the shop, believing you hadn’t the bedspreads I required, but Hannah went above and beyond her duty of caring for the counter and taking my interests at heart. This retailer sells bedding pluses homewear products. They have regular sales to get the best deals. Parking near by can be difficult during busy times.

I had one of the worst experiences here. The attitude of the staff member made me feel like I was being discriminated against by her. It's a very bad feeling. I won't be coming back to this store.
