I recently bought a product from this store. I decided to return the product and had my return rejected based on damage that I didn't do. I was told it was because it was returned in a satchel but they also sent it to me in a satchel. I am now asked to pay to have it returned to me. My experience with this store has been terrible from the start. Poor customer service and I'm not even surprised that I had my return rejected. I've dealt with many consignment stores and this one is by far the worst. Avoid dealing with them.

I bought certified loverboy af1's in the same size as all my other af1's but for some reason they seem to be a whole size or two bigger they can't get the shoe in the smaller size wouldn't give me a refund and only an in-store credit
