We enjoy going here after our shopping. We enjoy the car wash so much as it not only cleans our car, it is also a relaxing experience to be in that tunnel.The staff is very friendly at all times.

Always a great experience at the wash club. The wash tunnel does an excellent job for a machine wash and the car comes out looking great. Use the ceramic coating option for an extra shine for longer.

Have always had good service when I've visited The Washclub. Been there many times and it's never faulted. Took my car there for a full detail (groom) today and the guys / girls did great job. It had been a while since I did it last, so it was overdue but I picked it up looking like the day I bought it. I don't wanna sell it now lolol thanks again!

Fancy new car wash site. Vehicles goes on a conveyor belt (like supermarket checkout) and you just watch it does the work for you. A bit like a Car Production/assembly line where it has different stations doing specialised tasks. Soaking, high pressure wash, drying. You can also join the monthly membership. For unlimited washes. Good friendly staff doing the manual cleaning/hosing at the entrance as well as explaining on how it works for new comers. It is NOT a touchless car wash so it WILL scratch the car like it DID on our car. It scratched the bonnet and side guards. I am an enthusiastic car owner and wax my car by hand weekly so I know new scratches when I see one. My car was not that dirty to start with but still ended up being scratched. If you don't worry about scratches then no worries. I am unlikely to use the auto wash lane again but will use the manual wash and vaccum facilities on site.

1st visit today. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Was a little disappointed with the vacuum suction, thought it would have been better than it actually was being a commercial premises. Ample room to vacuum around the car which made it easy. Also used the car wash. Had to clean the back of the car and all the windows when I got home, as they weren’t done terribly well.. particularly front/back and wing mirrors. Still had dust down the back of the vehicle as well.

I used the auto carwash tunnel and was super impressed! I have a new car and usually avoid carwashes..... but this one was so gentle - no scratches or marks! It even did a great job with the mags, which is a first for carwashes! The staff were also super friendly and explained how it worked well.So impressed that I will now become a regular here!!

Car was a state with bugs when I went in, quick and easy pay wave payment, much better than wash world, chemicals must be different because they really do the job well!! Awesome staff there too, very friendly! Will have to look into the tunnel wash as iv heard good things about this too! Top company guys! Keep it up!

First time I have ever used this sort of facility. It was very overwhelming at the start. The payment screen in the bay I used was full of condensation and could barely read it. A bit disappointed that I couldn't just use eftpos at the wash bay. Has to be credit card or the likes.Some of the things were a bit confusing like the Tyre Cleaner to not get on paint but then after that is a bug cleaner or something but I couldn't tell if it was bug stuff or Tyre stuff coming out so skipped that phase.Overall I am actually happy with the wash and do want to come again, this is just how it was for my 1st time. I wanted to manual wash not auto wash. I did want to vacuum etc but wasn't sure if there were any cleaning products to use there or if it is just a plain vaccum. Next time I will bring my own cloth and cleaner for interior, looks much easier to use their vacuum than mine at home.With the confusion on the wash part it took me 20mins, $20. There are 3 payment option amounts, $5, $7, $10. It is $1 per minute. There was no wait time at 9:30am on a friday.

1st time used on a work Hiace mini bus. Plenty of wash fluid and polish fluid, repeated during the treatment. Front and rear hand brushed before the machine took over and slowly guided the vehicle through. Not too bad a job done. The vehicle looked nice and shiny when finished, except for a 500 mm panel across the bonnet which appeared untouched by the multiple brushes
