If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an initial purchase with these people, a couch, couch lasted 10 months before you couldn’t sit on 1/2 of the couch, after some reluctance they replaced 1/2 of the couch. Only for it to have the exact same fault as the last, but this time it only lasted 3 weeks. So I went back. Hoping to get a refund as I am now nervous that my money is literally being thrown in the trash, I’d much prefer to spend my money where I know it will last.They instead exchanged my item which was delivered today without all the bits. The staff made NO effort to reprimand their mistakes. They didn’t help they made me feel stupid and like I had no rights, customer service skills were and continues to be below par. I STRONGLY recommend that if you are looking for quality, to be treated and talked to with respect. Lifestyle furniture is not the place to go. DO NOT SHOP HERE. It’s a waste of time and good money.

It's my second time looking for a couch. I found the service here was excellent and really helped me to decide which couch to go with.

Unfortunately we thought we were going to have a great experience, we waited a further month longer than quoted. Would of been not so bad but when you have to chase up a couple times that's poor customer service.

Very pushy wouldn't listen ended up with a over 2k bed I can't sleep in cos it's to hard! Told her we wanted a soft matress talked this one up with the memory foam saying it would be just what we're looking for and it's like sleeping on a brick we legit choose the couch and floor over a 2.2k bed!

The staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Sandra was so patient with us and explaining our options. We would definitely come back.
