I will never forget how awful Catherine flannagian was as a property manager. Constant ignoring of emails, no respect and utterly undermining behavior. Do not use them. Stay away.

I have nothing but praise as a 1st time landlord in my dealings with Karen of Rental Managers. If I needed a straight answer she was always my go to person. The property is now tenanted and thanks to Karen's professional approach and absolute efficiency I am one happy customer.

I have been with Rental managers for about 4-5years now and they have looked after me and my family so well. I have just recently moved house to another one of their properties and they have been so great helping me to find a new rental I’m loving the new place but will miss the old place as well as I was there for 6years.I recommend Rental managers as they are so helpful and understanding.

Karen from rental managers has been our manager and she’s been awesome. Very responsive and helpful with any issues / questions we’ve had. So easy to get along with and is always quick smart with viewings. Will definitely miss seeing her around, she’s made our first experience renting a breeze :)

No problems with Rental managers except for admin not responding to emails. Karen is wonderful to deal with as is Mike. Have been in the same house for about 7 years now. Any problems get fixed quickly. Have a great relationship with the Landlord too. Its all about making sure your rental property is clean and tidy, just as if you owned it yourself. You do the mahi, so will the landlord and the agency

I've worked with Catherine for several years now and I'm very happy with her service. Absolutely professional at all times. I expect her to be fair with the tenants and to step in whenever a tenant breaches their tenancy obligations. No doubt this is the reason for the recent bad reviews that I've seen. I'm happy with tenants that pay their rent on time and look after the property. Those who don't should expect their breaches to be followed up. I can recommend Rental Managers to any owner who wants their property managed professionally.
