Everytime I go to Shosha, they just look at me and ignore me. It's not like they gonna ask me if I need for help or anything, the lady with glasses really rude. Not smiling at all, not really warm. If I tried to know more info about certain mod, all they say that mod is all right" or "it's cool" that's it without explanation.. i rather go to Vapo shop and they helping me very² alot the information about mod and staff soo much friendly and always smile

Very disappointed, I've been buying vaping supplies from this place for the last year and a half. I have had to buy 5 different make and models of devices from this place. Everytime I get a device they either never had pods or can get replacement parts ie glass or seals. Seems to be ongoing problem. They offer to many devices and cant offer the support to suit. There range needs to be culled down to a baseline of stable products. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Decent vape selection. Huge selection of eliquids, glassware, tobacco" pipes and associated pieces for DIY. Good fair pricing. Staff were friendly. open late compared to other stores. 9.5/10 good job guys will visit again and recommend."

I like flvaour, the\ machines taste nice and make cool clouds. For me it was enjoyable and they do good service. Thank them very much

Absolutely disgusted with Shosha, namely Kyle. We bought a mod from here and had problems with it from the beginning. Took the mod in to see if it was batteries that were the issue, was given two replacement batteries, which I later see I was charged $18 each for. Unsure why there's such a huge mark-up but okay.The batteries didn't change the issue so we called Shosha as we were home by this stage. Spoke to Kyle. Kyle was really rude and dismissive. All we wanted, was some information around replacement/exchange/refund. The question was asked, the response was Shosha doesn't do refunds."So I asked if he was familiar with the consumer guarantees act

Friendly staff member wasn't averse to my endless sh*t talking. Lol. Bless her.
